Military Cultural Competency is an entry-level course that will enable you to become more aware of the Military and Veteran community as well as enable you to become a state-sponsored peer mentor with the Military Veteran Peer Network (MVPN). This two-hour training is designed to inform volunteers and providers with an understanding of the culture and issues surrounding Veterans, Service Members and their families. 3 CEUs are available for completing this course. Class will take place in the Community Connections of Central Texas (CCCT) building in the basement classroom.
