We are a fellowship formed for the purpose of dealing with and recovering from the aftermath if PTSD, TBI, SMT and traumatic experiences in our lives and the lives of those around us. We practice 100% confidentiality and show up for each other as much as we show up for ourselves. Your perspective and way of dealing with your trauma may help someone else who is struggling.
